Standard contact details (such as your full name, verified email address, and mobile phone number) provided during account registration, free event RSVPs, or ticket purchases to issue entry credentials and deliver event notifications.
When RSVPing or purchasing passes for certain events, organizers may request specific administrative details (e.g., dietary preferences, organization affiliation, or emergency contacts). These responses are collected exclusively on behalf of that specific event.
Records of completed orders, digital entry pass validations, vote timestamps, and livestream access authorizations. Sensitive payment card numbers and mobile money credentials are never stored directly on our servers; they are processed securely through licensed, PCI-compliant payment gateways.
Device network parameters, session tokens, and access logs required strictly for session authentication, fraud prevention, anti-bot mitigation, and maintaining platform uptime.

- Issuing digital entry passes and verifying admission at event entrances.
